CONTRACT VENDOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST, BANKING (1 YEAR)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of vendor relationships on a day-to-day basis to ensure high-quality delivery of service to clients and to address/escalate issues as necessary
  • Supporting definition and documentation of service expectations and products to be delivered by vendor
  • Monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics to monitor service delivery, working with Service Owners and measuring positive/negative impact of sourcing arrangement on client experience/ satisfaction feedback
  • Supporting RFX (RFP/RFI) processes in collaboration with internal partners providing input
  • Identifying and assisting in the management of potential risks and service improvement opportunities
  • Supporting coordination activities with internal departments to ensure vendors deliver according to all of the banks standards, i.e. Legal, Corporate Purchasing, HR, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project management, vendor management, sourcing initiatives, Global Outsourcing Policies and Standards
  • Practical experience in SLA-Management
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Good intercultural skills
  • Good network capabilities
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix structures
  • Pro-active working style
