CONTRACT BANK PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Plan, Manage, coordinate changes across the Wealth Management application landscape in the APAC region as required by the book of work
  • Manage the multiple work streams (business and technical disciplines)
  • Act as interface between global Agile-run program and local waterfall implementation
  • Develop and manage relationships with sponsors and stakeholders across the global program, the regional business area, and supporting application & infrastructure teams
  • E2E project management - coordinating timely execution of the project, which includes planning, identification of milestones, accompanied by user acceptance test phases as well as roll out, project documentation

 

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in leading projects and driving projects to their end-to-end solutions
  • Awareness of data transfer and data security requirements from regulatory perspective
  • Knowledge of vendor risk assessment processes
  • Experience in the test management domain (test strategy, planning, execution)
  • A good understanding of the SDLC and the parts that each group plays – with ability to drive this across a hybrid of Waterfall and Agile methodology
  • PM Skills (preferably certified Prince 2 or PMP)
  • Good communications skills
  • Be well organised & pay attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to support both internal and external clients
  • Experienced in leading projects and driving projects till delivery and experienced in test management
  • Experience in managing multiple work streams of the Projects across Internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Knowledge of Financial Services – ideally Wealth Management
  • Some experience in handling Regulatory compliance to MAS/HKMA
  • 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in Project & Test Management

Salary: $11,000 Per Month
