Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related studies with 2 years of relevant working experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Industry
  • Relationship oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and a team-player as well
  • Possess strong analytical mind, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SAP / MRP system is a must
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to support China/ Taiwan clients

Responsibilities

  • To liaise with suppliers, co-ordinate orders, shipments and deliveries including loading PO, Invoice Verification, inventory monitoring and reports  
  • Handle purchasing process and RFQ
  • Negotiating with suppliers with best pricing
  • RMA Return with suppliers
  • Declaring air and sea customs permits for  both incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Co-ordinate with freight forwarders on import and export shipments
  • Prepare relevant reports as and when required
