Job Description:

  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) related support
  • Checking of payroll report
  • Compensation & Benefits update and administration
  • Maintenance of employees’ file records up-to-date
  • Prepare Manpower/ Head Office reports
  • Assist in recruitment related matters
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in orientation, onboarding and off-boarding of staff
  • Any other ad-hoc HR related duties


  • Diploma / Degree holder in HR / Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving

Salary: $6,000 Per Month
