Job Description:
- Provide full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) related support
- Checking of payroll report
- Compensation & Benefits update and administration
- Maintenance of employees’ file records up-to-date
- Prepare Manpower/ Head Office reports
- Assist in recruitment related matters
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in orientation, onboarding and off-boarding of staff
- Any other ad-hoc HR related duties
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in HR / Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
Salary: $6,000 Per Month
