CONTRACT HR, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PROJECT COORDINATOR (BANKING)

Job Responsibilities:

Support for Flagship Program (High Impact Leaders, HIL in September 2017)

  • Provide admin support for the delivery of HIL  Module 2 in September (pre, during and post)
  • On-site support during the 2 days of the program, partnering with Conduent team

Support for Training Programs (Personal Effectiveness, PE and Management and Leadership Development, MLD)

  • Liaise and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure trainer and venue availability are in place to deliver key programs
  • Generate weekly status report for PE and MLD programs for team meetings and discussions
  • Monitor HK/SG PE and MLD programs take up rate and accordingly postpone/cancel/add new class as required
  • Provide support to HK/SG Program Managers and Conduent Team for related programs
  • Manage all aspects of learning systems and program management

Support for Business Processes

  • Manage all aspects of Impact Tool (reporting system) with regard to entering orders and managing invoices
  • Regularly update Financial reports (e.g., Forecast sheet, Accrual) and Vendor Lists

General Admin Support

  • Responsible for scheduling key calls and meetings for Leadership Development (LD) Team internally or with stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate Project status reporting across all Leadership Development projects
  • Prepare and manage contracts for vendors and liaise with SVM team to register contracts
  • Manage GG Leadership mailbox by responding to emails and acting on requests in consultation with Program Manager

Reporting

  • Generate reports for training programs
  • Prepare and monitor databases to support the execution of mandatory management program

 

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Studies and other related/relevant qualifications
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Learning and Development.
  • Able to commit to the contract period till 31 Jan 2018
