Job Requirements
- O Levels / A Levels / ITE / Diploma with related working experience in an MNC
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table / V-Lookup is a plus)
- Team player with initiative, positive attitude and able to work independently
- An eye for details and comfortable with executing routine task in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team
- Handling administrative enquiries from internal and external customers
- Managing travel arrangements for team and visitors
- Managing Expense reports for the Senior Managers and above
- Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings
- Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits
- Pro-actively prepare periodic review documents such as work plans
- Updating and managing certain Teamspaces and Sharepoint (document management)
- Update and extract SAP financial reports.
- Update and report budgets using MS Excel (Pivot Table/V-Lookup)
- Manage incoming invoices, PO and AR/AP and x-charge processes via online systems
- Review and escalate budget issues in the cost center reports
- Prepare & Submit requests for Purchase Orders
- Provide expense reporting and involve in budgeting for the entire business unit
- Perform administrative duties for the department
- Maintained established files in accordance with internal procedures
- Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
