Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics related studies with 2 years of working experience
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communications skills
• Meticulous and organised
• Knowledge of SAP will be advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Order Generation Information through Delivery, Invoicing and Payment
• Bilingual in English and other languages – Korean, Japanese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese to handle clients from various countries
• Respond to customers’ calls and enquiries in a timely manner
• Handle customers’ orders processing with accuracy in SAP
• Implement and improve order management process
• Participate in Credit control
• Implement processes to reduce customer receivables and adjustments
• Review and release of orders from credit hold for assigned accounts
