Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics related studies with 2 years of working experience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communications skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Order Generation Information through Delivery, Invoicing and Payment
- Bilingual in English and other languages – Korean, Japanese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese to handle clients from various countries
- Respond to customers’ calls and enquiries in a timely manner
- Handle customers’ orders processing with accuracy in SAP
- Implement and improve order management process
- Participate in Credit control
- Implement processes to reduce customer receivables and adjustments
- Review and release of orders from credit hold for assigned accounts
