Finance Assistant

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or any related discipline with at least 2 years of experiences
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / SAP will be advantage
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Track report and perform basic analysis of business performance
  • Liaising with region logistics cost finance team for timely processing of cost forecast and actual tracking report in the system
  • Financial tracking and budget reporting via BW/ SAP system
  • Preparation of closing and accruals
  • Monthly reporting of cost progress and basic analysis for assigned portfolio of business
  • Resolving basic cost reporting and accounting issues
  • Ad-hoc assignments
