Job Description:

  • Perform Leave and attendance administration
  • Processing of staff’s confirmation and contract renewal
  • Managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding matters
  • Maintaining and updating of employee’s data
  • Preparation of Manpower Report
  • Processing of Government Paid claims
  • Drafting of HR’s policy and memo
  • Handle EP/SP applications and all work passes related matters
  • Handle MOM survey
  • Conduct staff orientation and arrange training for employees
  • Managing Group medical insurance and other work related insurance
  • Other HR ad-hoc assignments


  • Recognized Degree holder
    1 or 2 years of HR experience in banking industry preferred
    Singaporean / Singapore PR holders may apply
    Proficient in both Chinese and English
    Keen interest in performing HR related functions
    Organise and meticulous

Salary: $4,000 Per Month
