CONTRACT HR, BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR (BANKING)

Job Responsibilities:

1) Support employees queries such as benefits operations and related issues
2) Scan, validate, reconcile invoices for payment
3) Print and solicit signatures for benefits document including pension enrollment & termination, PR documents & CPF documents
4) Process all employees’ benefit reimbursements/claims
5) Administer insurance enrollments, terminations, claims and policies
6) Updating benefits documents such as SOP and intranet
7) Assist regional benefits team to implement new benefits and support any legislative changes/initiatives

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Studies and other related/relevant qualifications
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation and Benefits. 
  • Able to commit to the contract till end 2017
  • An understanding of Pension and Benefits admin processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Application
