FINANCE ASSISTANT

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy or related field with at least 1 year experience
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment  
  • Knowledge of Pivot Table; V-lookup and SAP will be advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Track report
  • Perform basic analysis of business performance
    Liaising with region logistics cost finance team for timely processing of cost forecast and actual tracking report in the system
  • Financial tracking and budget reporting
  • Preparation of closing and accruals
  • Monthly reporting of cost progress and basic analysis for assigned portfolio of business
  • Resolving basic cost reporting and accounting issues
