BANK ADMIN OFFICER (NATIVE JAPANESE)

Job Responsibilities:

  • General support for expatriate relocation and Expatriate benefit
  • Visa related (EP& DP application, renewal, cancellation)
  • Response to inquiries in Expatriate Benefit
  • Support for education and company housing contract support
  • Various expense processing in relocation (hotel, airline ticket, moving agent)
  • Medical expense processing (medical expense billing and refund processing from Kempo)
  • Home leave processing (flight payment and manage)
  • Interaction with HR in Head Quarter
  • Annual medical checkup management
  • Other incidental work

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese (Residing in Singapore currently)
  • Singapore PR holder preferred
  • Experience in administrative function
  • Exposure in immigration / mobility / expatriate management experience preferred
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Conserve well in English
  • Proficient in MS word, Excel, Outlook

Salary: $4,000 Per Month
