Job Description:

Employee Information

  • Managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding matters
  • Processing of staff confirmation, contract renewal
  • Provide orientation and arrange training for employee
  • Maintain and update employee’s data
  • Managing Group medical insurance and other work related insurance
  • Leave and attendance administration

Government claims and reporting

  • Preparation of manpower report
  • Handle MOM survey
  • Processing of Government paid claims
  • Handle EP/SP application and all work pass related matters

HR Policy and Procedure

  • Drafting and review of HR policy and procedure

Recruitment

  • Scheduling and coordination of interviews
  • Assist in first round interview with hiring manager

Performance Appraisal

  • Assist with annual staff performance appraisal

Payroll

  • Assist with handling monthly payroll calculations

Others

  • Assist with managing HR cost and budgeting
  • Assist with handling HR system
  • Assist with handling other staff benefit
  • Other HR ad-hoc assignments assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder, in Human Resource Management preferred
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management (Internship experience included)
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcomed to apply
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking employees)
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resource
  • Fresh graduates may be offered a one-year contract to start with
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision

Salary: $3,000 Per Month
