CREDIT CARD OFFICER (FRONT DESK)

Job Description

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising plan
  • Consolidating, processing and analyzing of transaction data
  • Providing customer service in daily operations
  • Assist in the launch, enhancement or testing of new product and services
  • Participate in outdoor customer services and sale
  • Back up on other staff's duty such as system testing, settlements, data reporting as and when necessary
  • Handle other ad hoc duties such as survey and report on local market
  • Any other duties assigned by Head of Department and Team Leader from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Banking & Finance or related discipline¬†
  • 1-2 yrs of relevant experience or Fresh Grad with internship experience
