BANK FACILITIES MANAGEMENT JUNIOR OFFICER (CONTRACT)

Main roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all operations and office facilities at all premises
  • Be the first point of contact with regards to any ground issues
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all inventories are well replenished
  • Closely monitor the day to day operations at all facilities to ensure that all works are carried out according to schedule
  • Ensure that all premises are well maintained
  • Provide general assistance to other facilities functions as and when required
  • Perform any tasks as assigned by the HOD and management from time to time

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in similar capacity. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Ability to read and communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask under a fast pace environment
  • Self-motivated and highly organized

Salary: $3,500 Per Month
