The Conferences & Events Specialist organizes and coordinates conferences and events. They will co-ordinate the end-to-end process and allocated budget, including for venues, suppliers, speakers and attendees.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate corporate hospitality and events requirements
  • Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across the business and franchise, where appropriate
  • Ensure consistency of the brand image across all marketing and communication channels
  • Support digital marketing campaigns including analyzing performance
  • Demonstrate an understanding and application of principles and practices of event coordination
  • Duties are generally varied and of moderate complexity
  • Support in administrative and finance matters
  • Source and manage corporate gifts, where applicable


Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Degree/Diploma holder in business/ marketing/ communications related field of studies with minimum 5 years working experience
  • Proficiency in using Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office, namely Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong knowledge in conceptualism, planning, and execution of marketing activities
  • Digital marketing skills
  • Strong written and verbal presentation / communication skills

Salary: $7,000 Per Month
