Our reputable MNC client - FMCG Industry looking for Finance Assistant of a unique individual to join to grow their business.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or any related discipline with at least 2 years of experiences
- Meticulous and organised
- Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
- Knowledge of SAP is advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced- Pivot Table & Vlookup)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
Responsibilities
- To support the Finance and Sales teams
- Ensure customer payments are made on time
- Ensure due diligence and checks for all supporting documents for payment processing
- Processing goods return requests for sales team
- Support day-to-day sales team administrative
- Responsible for financial tracking and budget reporting
- Assist in monthly reporting of cost progress and basic analysis for assigned portfolio
- Resolving basic cost reporting / accounting issues
Work Schedule/ Location
- 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
- Located at Buona Vista
