Our reputable MNC client – Insurance Industry looking for Contract Policy Servicing Officer of a unique individual to join to grow their business.
Requirements
- O / A Levels / Diploma or related studies with 2 years of working experience in policy processing
- Experience in insurance field is preferred
- Well versed in both written and verbal communications skills
- A self-starter, meticulous, a good team player and able to work independently
- Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
- With BCP / PGI Certification will be advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist in customer’s enquiries and expectations
- Maintain accurate records of accounts
- Assist in check policy documents
- Management information reports
- Responsible for monthly issuance of renewals, New Business application forms, premium collection, reconciliation of accounts
- Manage outstanding payments, complaint and queries
- Responsible for review processes, UAT testing and implement process improvement
- Assist in policy documents and other adhoc admin duties
Work Schedule/ Location
- 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
- Located at Central Area
