Contract Policy Servicing Officer

Our reputable MNC client – Insurance Industry looking for Contract Policy Servicing Officer of a unique individual to join to grow their business.


  • O / A Levels / Diploma or related studies with 2 years of working experience in policy processing
  • Experience in insurance field is preferred
  • Well versed in both written and verbal communications skills
  • A self-starter, meticulous, a good team player and able to work independently
  • Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
  • With BCP / PGI Certification will be advantage


  • Assist in customer’s enquiries and expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts
  • Assist in check policy documents
  • Management information reports
  • Responsible for monthly issuance of renewals, New Business application forms, premium collection, reconciliation of accounts
  • Manage outstanding payments, complaint and queries
  • Responsible for review processes, UAT testing and implement process improvement
  • Assist in policy documents and other adhoc admin duties

Work Schedule/ Location

  • 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Located at Central Area
