CONTRACT TRADE BILLS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • To handle/ process all trade transaction in accordance with the procedure manual, rules and regulations
  • To perform reconciliation duties on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Scanning of documents/ office copies to SSC and liaison with SSC
  • Counter duties
  • Mailing of documents
  • Sorting and filing of advices/ office copies
  • Retrieval of file copies
  • Packing for offsite storage

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • 2 years’ experience Trade Finance back office
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, team player, able to work fast within tight timeline

 

Salary: $3,200 Per Month
