Key Responsibilities

Support the mandate account opening process, improve service delivery and reduce rejection rates

Provide daily / weekly MI on status of in-progress requests and rejection analysis

Work with Front Office RMs and ARMs

Carry out formality checks

Signature verification through system

Manage internal forms that clients need to fill up

Attend weekly working group meetings

Streamlining of current processes

Stakeholder management
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience
2. Private Banking experience preferred
3. Familiar with client documentation
4. Static data maintenance knowledge and experience is a plus
5. Familiar with Temenos (T24) and processing of client documents
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to generate reports (pivot tables etc.)
7. Keen sense of time in managing urgent requests
Salary Range: $5,000 - $5,700 Per Month
