ADMIN ASSISTANT OFFICER, TRANSACTION BANKING (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

Customer administration duties for electronics banking services (Operator) include:

  • To receive applications from CMS Depts and register or update customer information in the various electronic banking systems
  • Preparation of daily customers’ server log and day-end summary reports
  • Filing and maintenance of customer’s registration forms and cabinet files, including online scanning of forms
  • Support in the archival of cabinet files to warehouse
  • Support the Business Admin and Workflow Team in admin and anu other genera duties as required

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma holder
  • 1-2 years’ administrative experience supporting in the banking environment preferred
  • Meticulous, attention to details
  • MS Office Applications

 

Salary: $2,500 Per Month
