CONTRACT BRANDING AND ADVERTISING EXECUTIVE (BANKING)

Job Description Summary:

The Brand Management Manager has responsibility for the implementation of Brand Management’s vision and strategy in support of the Bank’s group-wide strategy. They are responsible for the planning, development and execution of global/regional/group-wide brand management programmes and activities with clear, consistent key messages, leveraging multiple channels, in accordance with the Bank’s policies, editorial standards and brand guidelines. They work with the regional or divisional leadership team to support the development and execution of brand management programmes and activities.

Job Description

Use the internal Buyer payments processing system:

  • Raise Purchase Orders, complete Goods Receipt
  • Guide vendors on our payment system and the submission of invoices
  • On-board new vendors

 

Monitor the regional Brand budget on a monthly basis:

  • Working in liaison with Group Brand Communications Finance Lead in Frankfurt to monitor monthly spend (Brand budget) and exchange rate movements in the brand cost centre
  • Track spend, produce monthly, quarterly reports on brand expenditure

 

Help to run our regional advertising campaign:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with our media buying ad agency
  • Review weekly digital APAC weekly reports and prepare summary / dashboard for the Global team
  • FinaliZe the end of campaign performance report once submitted by the agency. Completing the analysis and recommendations/learnings
  • Work together with Head of Brand Communications Asia to create the brief (objectives, target group, budget) and review the proposed media plans
  • Ensure media plans are endorsed, filed electronically
  • Create billing schedules based on the media plans
  • Work with our designer to ensure the advertisements (digital, print) are produced to specs and per the bank’s guidelines and meet deadlines
  • Work with the agency to monitor material deadlines and submit the ads in time

 

Help to manage the internal campaign:

  • Learn the Content Management System (CMS) of the internal platform, publishing the posts on a daily basis including video content
  • Write APAC-relevant posts from stories taken from bank’s network
  • Work with the team on ideas to encourage employee engagement
  • Implement newly developed ads in the branches (via digital and print displays)
  • Obtain, coordinate translation requests for any PI material
  • Manage advertising related requests and projects from the businesses and branches
  • Learn the CMS and manage the requests pertaining to the APAC country websites
  • Be familiar with our Brand & Visual Identity and basic Brand guidelines
  • Support the CSR team on social media

Experience / interests that would be an advantage:

  • Previous experience in account servicing and / or ad traffic management, media buying (particularly digital) at an advertising agency
  • Knowledge of branding: Brand & Visual Identity guidelines
  • Digital: (a) Knowledge of content management systems of websites (b) An interest in social media (Facebook, Twitter, WeChat etc)

Skills required:

  • Degree holder with 2-3 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong administrative, organizational, processing and time management skills; attention to detail, accuracy
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative and a team player
  • Ability to multi-task (comfortable switching back and forth between several tasks)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel), knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional would be helpful.

Salary: $5,500 Per Month
