Contract Logistics Admin

Our reputable MNC client – Semiconductor & Electronics Industries looking for Contract Logistics Admin of a unique individual to join to grow their business.

Requirements

  • N / O Levels / NITEC / or any related discipline with at least 1 year experience in Manufacturing warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of SAP & Logistic Module will be advantage
  • Team player and independent worker with minimum supervision
  • Good PC literacy

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general admin of goods received, goods issued, production order pick list & inventory control
  • Work closely with purchasing & finance team
  • Assist in delivery notes, packing list & invoices for shipment
  • Responsible for inventory counts
  • Filing of documents
  • Liaise with internal departments, forwarders & third-party logistics partners

Work Schedule/ Location

  • 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Located at Yishun Industrial Park (Company transport: Yishun MRT Station)
