Our reputable MNC client – Semiconductor & Electronics Industries looking for Contract Senior Operative Purchaser of a unique individual to join to grow their business.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business Studies, Administration, Logistics or any related discipline with at least 7 years’ experience in purchasing function in a Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ERP will be advantage
• Team player and independent worker with minimum supervision
• Good PC literacy

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchase of materials for production & system acceptance operations in Singapore & Malaysia plants
• Responsible for purchase order, schedule agreement / quantity contract, order quantity, order acknowledgement, confirmation of delivery
• Assist material planning team for inventory provision & end of life related method
• Provide guidance & mentorship to new operative purchasers
• Analyze & review MRP results
• Assist manager in new business process implementation & driving change management
• Work closely with Commodity Manager in the forecast & determine the supplier safety stock level

Work Schedule/ Location

• 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
• Located at Yishun Industrial Park (Company transport: Yishun MRT Station)
