CONTRACT CREDIT, STRUCTURED FINANCE AVP

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the ongoing credit and administrative processes of a portfolio of Project Finance transactions
  • This includes active portfolio management, liaising with internal departments to manage ad-hoc administrative processes, completion of periodic portfolio monitoring, preparation of periodic credit submissions (regular and ad-hoc monitoring as well as consent and waiver requests)
  • Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports to Head Office
  • The position will also support the activities of the Marketing Teams

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Min 4-5 years of Credit Analysis Skills (Project finance and/or Portfolio Management experience desirable) in banking/ financial institution
  • Good understanding of credit analysis process
  • Good understanding of Structured Finance business
  • Good written and communications skills
  • Strong numeric ability
  • Ability to work independently on jobs assigned
  • Positive personality with strong work ethics
  • Independent, self-motivated & strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team

Salary: $8,500 Per Month
