Job Scope:

  • Archiving and maintenance of KYC & AML documents
  • Assist in preparation of standard pitchbooks, marketing materials, Request for Proposals and presentations
  • Prepare client presentations for regular performance review meeting, pitchbooks, product trainings, etc.
  • Collating and updating regional pipeline
  • Collate responses to Fund Manager surveys by consultants / industry magazines etc.
  • Prepare and coordinating of client meetings, roadshows etc.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Assistant or Team Assistant role, preferably in Financial Services industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with co-workers and clients
  • Well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sense of responsibility

Salary: $5,000 Per Month
