Job Description:
- Visitor reception
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier document/parcels and document circulation
- Security door access and access card management
- Facility management
- Mobile management
- Business trips and hotel arrangement for staff
- Manage office supplies, office equipment & pantry supplies
- Manage staff expense claims and external invoices
- Manage in-house and external applications (e.g. CONCUR)
- Organize meetings, events & etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties / project as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in administration/ receptionist exposure
- Diploma in any discipline
- Ability to work effectively and maintain good relationship with team members
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure and independently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Salary: $3,000 to 4,000 Per Month
