CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (BANK)

To support the department in operational and customer service related processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Account opening / updates / closures, funding, settlement and other transaction banking / operational / customer service matters
  • Coordinate between the relevant parties such as Customer, Relationship Manager etc (internal departments within the bank) to achieve business goals in a timely manner
  • Additional/adhoc duties designated by Group Head and Management

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma graduates
  • 1-3 years experience banking experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiar with KYC process
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and manage stress effectively
