To support the department in operational and customer service related processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Account opening / updates / closures, funding, settlement and other transaction banking / operational / customer service matters
- Coordinate between the relevant parties such as Customer, Relationship Manager etc (internal departments within the bank) to achieve business goals in a timely manner
- Additional/adhoc duties designated by Group Head and Management
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma graduates
- 1-3 years experience banking experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiar with KYC process
- Good and effective communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and manage stress effectively
