Responsibilities:
- Challenge the status quo and take responsibility for planning, and execution of Graduate Recruiting activities in country of responsibility/divisional/cross divisional, across a number of business lines at the Bank including plan, organize and drive large scale recruiting events and interviews ensuring outstanding candidate engagement and experience
- Partner with Committees, Regional Working Groups and recruiting champions, develop relationships with key stakeholders and drive recruitment strategies as appropriate
- Operate as a team lead, guiding the recruiting specialists to navigate business challenges
Foster relationships with key stakeholders at recruiting universities, student groups and academic leaders - Work with the Business in the region to develop business alignment perspectives and encourage/ sustain/ measure business best practice & participation
Partner with Recruiting Specialists to embed diversity in candidate attraction and selection mechanisms - Educate and hold the business accountable for diversified talent pool
- Develop strategy for campuses in line with overall Deutsch Bank -wide strategy/activities
- Partner with regional and global recruiters to ensure globally consistent efforts on campus and within programmes
- Oversee recruitment for and management of country/cross divisional Insights Programs and Analyst Intern Programs and subsequent conversion to full time hires
- Support and implement best practices around Global Operating Principles and governance
- Take a data driven approach to develop program strategies and proactively share data centric updates with stakeholders
- Undertaking detailed budget management for the country of responsibility
- Governance of key outsourced recruitment vendors
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- Demonstrated track record/experience in hiring graduates and interns in a fast-paced environment
- Experience designing and executing hiring strategies for early careers recruitment including developing creative approaches to attract diverse candidate pool
- Regional and /or global university market knowledge is critical
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as a team leader and member
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and project management skills
- Passionate about Early Careers recruitment and possess a high standard of excellence
Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 Per Month
