Assist the Department Head to carry out wide spectrum of HR daily functions including recruitment and selection, training administration, HR reporting and other HR daily operations and administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the talent acquisition for the branch, perform full cycle of the selection and hiring process 
  • Responsible for the full on-boarding of new hires and off boarding for leavers
  • Assist to prepare monthly and quarterly and annual HR surveys and reports
  • Assist to source for relevant training programmes and ensure staff fulfill training requirements 
  • Coordinate with Head Office to assist us in creating the staff lD for new joiners and training administration
  • Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and Bank's policies
  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in all aspects of the HR function (prior experience working in recruitment agency is a plus)   
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Words
  • Possess high market awareness of the latest development of employment practices in the local banking industry
  • Highly organised individual who can multi-task and deliver within tight timelines  
  • Strong attention to details and able to deliver on the full recruitment process
  • Ability to identify problems and risks, apply critical thinking and provide solutions
