The Business Management Analyst position is a key role in the Singapore HR team and performs the regulatory and internal reporting (regular and ad-hoc), policy review and implementation/execution as well as vendor relationship management. The incumbent would have opportunities in other key initiatives of the Singapore HR team for exposure to a broader spectrum of HR scope.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Manages and delivers the regulatory reports, including surveys and notifications (both regular and ad-hoc) accurately and within the timelines
- Supports the review of regulatory changes or updates by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) / Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) / other relevant government agencies; works with relevant stakeholders to ensure Bank’s continued adherence and compliance
- Conducts knowledge sharing sessions on process alignment to onshore and offshore teams for compliance to the regulatory updates
- Manages and delivers the regular and ad-hoc internal management reporting
- Manages and delivers the Head Office reporting/ requests
- Manages the effective delivery of the onshore activities including, training support, employees’ life-cycle requests/ letters, employment pass/ permanent residency/ CPF contribution endorsements, archiving of documents and other local processes
- Develops or updates and maintain the inventory of Bank HR internal policies/ key operating procedures
- Supports and manages the assessment and documentation on the leadership suitability process
- Supports and manages HR’s business continuity management activities
- Manages the annual/ periodic review of the Employee Handbook in collaboration with internal HR and other Bank functions
- Supports the Country HR vendor management activities and relationships
- Performs self-assessment and supports audit activities
- Conducts new joiner on-boarding sessions
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Human Resource function
- Prior working experience in banking organizations preferred
- Knowledge and have experience in HR regulatory reporting
- Experience and proficient in the use excel for handling high volume and multiple data points
- Experience in handing employee data with sensitivity
- Knowledge and have experience in interactions with the MOM and other government agencies
- Experience in handling employee life-cycle activities / letters
