CONTRACT HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

Responsibilities:

  • A Generalist role responsible for the day-to-day execution of a full spectrum of HR functions
  • Business partnering with internal stakeholders on HR matters and managing employee relations
  • Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solution to solve their issues
  • Expatriate management - immigration/work pass application/renewal, personal income tax and accommodation
  • Payroll administration - prepare payroll data and liaise with payroll vendor on monthly/year end processing
  • Manage e-leave outsourcing system
  • Perform end-to-end onboarding processes and pre-employment due diligence checks, induction programme
  • Maintain RNF Register, administer CPD training hours for MAS Representatives
  • To manage employee e-learning, training and development programme
  • To administer staff confirmation and anniversaries

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a HR Generalist from the banking and financial industry
  • Degree holder in Human Resource, Business, Arts or equivalent fields
  • Hands-on experience in handling a full spectrum of HR functions
  • Ability to multi-task, organized and meticulous
  • High level of confidentiality and ethics
  • Able to start work at short notice
