BANK SECRETARY

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the GM including but not limited to the organisation of meetings / conference calls, recording and circulation of meeting minutes, business travel arrangements
  • To support the departments expense disbursement process as well as claims for such expense by staffs
  • To support with the department’s compliance matter with main department PIC (e.g. CC, BCP coordinator) 
  • To support administrative work related to new joiner/leavers (e.g. ID requisition/deletion, organizational chart/mobilization chart update, etc.)
  • To support the department on business trip arrangement process (e.g. obtaining the air ticket, booking hotels, arrange appointments, etc.)
  • To control the inventory of office stationery, etc. (paper, toner, business cards, etc.)/printer supplies
  • To manage the scheduling of department meetings (e.g. weekly pipeline meeting) as well as designated reports including business, activity reports, monthly expense reports, annual budgeting
  • To assist and support the team on any ad-hoc tasks required from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • “A” level / Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in team and administration and support
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong team player, able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous as this role requires communicating with
  • Head Office colleagues in Tokyo whose main language is Japanese.  This role also needs to prepare and present reports in Japanese.

Salary: $5,000 Per Month
