Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for Human Resources administrative tasks and contribute to provide excellent assistance and support to Bank’s employees and managers.

Record Maintenance

  • Maintain current HR files and gather employee legal document, P. File management
  • Maintains human resources database by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Organizing staff French class training sessions and activities

On Boarding and Offboarding related tasks

  • Ensure smooth and effective global onboarding and Offboarding process
  • Responsible for welcoming and ensuring systematic induction for all new ISAP employees. Orienting new employees to the organization
  • In charge of Human Resources related Application supports update
  • Off boarding related tasks: Completing termination paperwork

Leave Management

  • Maintain leave database updated, controls and closing
  • Recruitment and placement Agencies Invoice check and coordination
  • Coordinating with Finance department and answering payroll related questions

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer

Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma holder
  • Min 1 to 2 years HR administrative experience
  • Keen sense of ethics, particularly when it comes to confidential information’s
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Numerical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; Good knowledge of excel is a plus

Salary: $2500 Per Month
