BANK PROJECT MANAGER (CONTRACT)

Job Description:

  • Provide support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
  • Budget Control and Reporting – Dashboard preparations on financials
  • Collation of status reporting, tracking of action items, preparation of minutes
  • Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics
  • Preparation of strategy focused presentation materials and documentation for Senior Level
  • Assist to analyze specific business requirements, create test strategy documents
  • Champions all internal communications
  • Draft various marketing materials including newsletters, achievement packs etc.
  • Maintain robust business requirements in line with programme goals and objectives and aligned to timeliness and quality standards

Job Requirements:

  • Proven PMO experience and knowledge of Project Management (Min 15 years)
  • Advanced Power Point skill at strategic consultant level is mandatory to perform well in this role
  • Ability to churn high quality power point slides in short span of time
  • Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is critical
  • Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders (Business / COO / Finance teams)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently showing drive and initiative with minimal supervision
  • Confident in liaising with senior stake holders
  • Strategic mindset
  • Strong PPT skills
  • Experience in Consultancy role would be advantageous

 

 

Expected Salary: $15K Per Month
