CONTRACT BUSINESS ANALYST & SERVICE COORDINATON FOR EUS (BANKING)

The successful candidate will be responsible for business analysis for endpoint security and compliance solutions in Singapore and APAC region.

He/she will lead the demand and requirement engineering in project plan, initiation and assess the ROI and benefit of IT solutions liaising with the relevant department.

He/she will work as a business analyst in IT End User Service domain liaising with stakeholders not limited to business owner department but including Japan Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Business analysis to translate business demands into requirements, and work as part of the project team to deliver effective communications to all related stakeholders and contribute the successful delivery of the initiatives for the following project initiatives.
  • Next Generation Workspace deployment to Asia Pacific branches.
  • Electronic Communication Surveillance tools to improve the capabilities to monitor electronic communication channels.
  • Endpoint Device Security Enhancement to standardize the device management landscape across the Bank branches across Asia Pacific.
  • Regional IP Telephony Consolidation across Asia Pacific branches.
  • Windows 11 Upgrade.
  • Demand and requirement analysis for identified projects and to capture any specific user demands through consultations and conversations with key business groups and captured as Voice of Customers (VOC).
  • Analyze and understand the end user impact/benefit of IT solutions and express them in a layman’s terms and organized manner.
  • Develop effective communication content to be used as collateral for effective end user deployment, training and education sessions as part of the project delivery.
  • Establish communications strategy in conjunction with senior management.
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to all related stakeholders.
  • Respond to feedback from end users and liaise with system owner team for them to keep connected with end users.
  • Plan, develop, implement and monitor the efficiency of the internal communications processes.

Requirements:

Must have

  • Prior working experience in multi-national company collaborating with stakeholders from different countries.
  • Possess strong and assertive verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative ability to devise communication strategies with IT, especially web media and video means of communication.
  • Good and collaborative attitude to work as a professional in a team.
  • Proactively socialize with stakeholders in APAC region and maintain good relationship to steer the tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Solid problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Good to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent with around 5 years of experience to provide IT service to Financial Institute.
  • Business analysis certification (e.g. ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or equivalent experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and be motivated to continuous learning about work related matters.
  • Good bi-directional and collaborative attitude to work as a professional in a team.
  • Willing to take an ad-hoc project as necessary.

Salary: $7,200 Per Month
