Job Duties

The successful candidate will be specializing in Cash & RSF Transactions and Services and KYC Support & Services.

  • Support all different aspects linked to RSF developments including but not limited to deals, documentation and reporting, client services, KYC, etc
  • Provide client services and support for cash management and RSF activities including RSF platforms training to the clients, management of client requests, answering clients queries, troubleshoot on issues, etc
  • Responsible for supporting front office in client onboarding process, periodic review, modification, and closure processes ensuring the bank compliers with all the applicable regulations and internal policies
  • Receive briefing from business lines to understand future transactions/deals and launch onboarding processes liaising with the KYC platform.
  • Engage and work with business lines and external clients to obtain necessary information and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely completions;
  • Provide proactive support and advice to the business and other functions on all issues;
  • Maintaining a highly collaborative, positive, & synergistic relationship with the Client and with internal teams to ensure quality delivery and support.
  • Participate in projects with relation to regulatory changes, new processes & initiatives, continuous improvement, system enhancements and digitalization, remediation exercises as well as audits.
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks depending on the team capacity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Business or Banking& Finance
  • Good experience in client facing or client service roles
  • Good knowledge in financial services such as trade finance or supply chain finance
  • Highly organized, collaborative and detailed oriented
  • An excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, eager to learn, and multitasking to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong team, networking, and relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated and excellent team player
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office package (word, excel, power point)
  • Good Knowledge KYC banking regulation
