Responsibilities:

• Execution of IPOs, RTOs, Privatisation, Fund-Raising and other corporate finance transactions
• Execution of merger & acquisition (M&A) financial advisory transactions
• Assist the Head of Investment Banking in the origination, marketing and evaluation of potential deals
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or the Bank from time to time

Requirements:

• Recognized bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
• At least 2 years of corporate finance experience
• Have M&A execution experience for both listed and/or unlisted clients
• Have experience in IPO executions where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" or “Sponsor” in the IPO would be advantageous

Salary: $5,500 Per Month
