CONTRACT BUSINESS & OPERATION ANALYST (PRIVATE BANKING)

This role offers a blend of business management support and hands-on operational tasks, helping to drive day-to-day efficiency, deliver key reporting, and assist with operational projects and initiatives.

Business Management

  • Prepare and consolidate management reports, presentation decks, KPIs, and dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain operational risk registers.
  • Support strategic initiatives and regulatory projects by gathering requirements and monitoring deliverables.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding procedures, invoicing and ad hoc tasks.

Operations Support

  • Provide day-to-day support across core private banking operations processes (payments, settlements, reconciliations, client onboarding, etc.).
  • Assist in issue tracking, escalation management, and service level monitoring.
  • Help identify process gaps and propose solutions for operational efficiencies.

 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in banking operations, business management, or project management support (preferably in private banking)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good analytical skills and experience working with data (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with numbers and possess strong analytical skills to investigate financial deviations and drivers. Strong Excel competency is a plus.
  • Willing to learn and take on additional challenges.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with operational risk, controls, and regulatory considerations is a plus.

Salary: $5,500 Per Month
