CONTRACT BANK SECRETARY (1 YEAR)

  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to a team
  • Effectively manage team’s calendar, schedule meetings, including logistics and catering if need be.
  • Co-coordinate internal and external client meetings across different geographical time zone
  • Co-coordinate team’s business travel, flight, accommodation and etc
  • Provide general administrative support such as handling team’s expenses reimbursements and other ad-hoc task as needed.
  • Assist in planning and organising investor events such as roadshows and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage registration and provide on-site support.
  • Preparation of marketing material for meetings
  • Manage deliveries correspondence, meeting rooms booking and greeting visitors
  • Manage deliveries correspondence, meeting rooms booking and greeting visitors, liaise with building management on any facility issues
  • Potential scope to take on ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirement

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role in, preferably banking
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Smart and able to think of solutions at times of high pressure
  • Works efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in manner and ability, flexible and helpful in personality

Salary Range: $5,000 - $6,000 Per Month
