Requirements
- Degree with related 3 years’ working experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent cognitive thought and problem solving in a team
- Knowledge in SAP is prefer
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency bilingual in English and in either one of the languages that require to manage orders and customer requests from Korea market.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal team, 3rd party logistics companies and customers
- Respond to customers’ calls and enquires on pricing, products and promotions
- Support product order, allocation and processing in SAP
- Resolve product order to delivery issues
- Handle emergency orders and emergency alternate procedure
- Participate in credit control
- Handle returns and refusals
- Issue reports and follow-up on results
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
