Contract Order Management (Korean Speaking)

Requirements

  • Degree with related 3 years’ working experience
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Excellent cognitive thought and problem solving in a team 
  • Knowledge in SAP is prefer
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficiency bilingual in English and in either one of the languages that require to manage orders and customer requests from Korea market. 

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal team, 3rd party logistics companies and customers
  • Respond to customers’ calls and enquires on pricing, products and promotions
  • Support product order, allocation and processing in SAP
  • Resolve product order to delivery issues
  • Handle emergency orders and emergency alternate procedure
  • Participate in credit control
  • Handle returns and refusals
  • Issue reports and follow-up on results
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
