Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related discipline with at least 3 years of experience / relevant industries
  • Working experience related to Purchasing, Supply Chain and / or Logistics is preferred
  • Experience in MNC environments
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantage
  • Relationship oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and a team-player as well

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping & deliveries (purchasing process)
  • Responsible for review & purchase of materials, components & equipment
  • Work closely with supply chain planning & suppliers for delivery of materials / components for production schedule
  • Responsible for shipment arrangement, shipment status & custom declaration
  • Manage suppliers of quality, delivery fulfilment & inventory control
  • Assist in process of documentation on purchasing activities
  • Handle RMA / NCT units to suppliers
  • Liaise with China counterparts
  • Any other assigned duties
