a) Review draft loan documentation
- Review and comment on clauses relevant to agency and operations work for both new and existing transactions.
b) Set up new loans
- Check and reconcile conditions precedent documents prior to drawdown
- Monitor the necessary procedures for drawdown
- Obtain documents necessary for the new loans
- Set up various control sheets and internal records for ongoing monitoring
c)Manage loan administration function
- Assist agency operations team on fee payments, loan drawdown, rollover, repayment or prepayment
- Monitor covenant and collateral monitoring periodically
- Manage the securities assigned to the loan agent
d) Handle waiver and various requests from Borrowers
- Process waiver / amendment requests relating to the finance documents
- Arrange and attend lenders' meeting, if necessary
- Seek legal opinion in relation to underlying issues.
- Collect and distribute various documents / information required under finance documents
- Follow up with borrowers for the submission of various documents as required under the finance documents or required by the lenders
- Dispatch relevant documents to lenders within a reasonable time frame
e) Other duties
- Handle loan transfer, respond to general inquiry from borrowers and lenders and other relevant duties required of a loan agent
- Ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time
Qualification / Experience / Knowledge
- Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in agency and /or credit administration in banks with ability to read loan agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous, pro-active and a positive attitude
- Able to work independently
Salary Range: $5,500 - $6,000 Per Month
