Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of process AE/ Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
• Work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
• Ensure production line is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
• Lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations
• Lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities
• Update EC master list & tracking
• Prepare and update working instruction
• Provide trainings
• Support on the NPI Process and production on mass run
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
• Compliance with RBA standards
• Ability to work closely with the clients and the teammates
• Strong problem-solving and good project management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
