Job Responsibilities
- Manage the whole employee’s lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
- Be the first point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies, employment terms and conditions as well as company benefit.
- Responsible in the following domains such as full recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, strategic development and more.
- Responsible for the administering of payroll function which includes claims, overtime payments, bonus and monthly salary.
- Ensure compliance of the HR policies and processes.
- Manage end to end process for all applicants and renewal of work passes and escalate any outstanding issues.
- Partner with HR colleagues to handle employee relations issues and support grievance/disciplinary processes.
- Data maintenance in relation to employee information and aligning with the best HR practices and policies.
- Support internal and external audits, manpower report, government survey and more.
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time.
Skills and Experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related disciplines.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Prior experience in Banking & finance is preferred.
- Excellent writing ability and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders from China.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
- Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadline.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of HR policies and legislation will be an added advantage.
