BANK ADMIN OFFICER (CONTRACT)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bloomberg / Reuters / NYSE – coordinate Bloomberg new contracts, do report for Bloomberg terminals & Reuters (quarterly), NYSE (monthly)
  • SGD & USD payments – suppliers invoices, AMEX corporate payments, staff cash claims, season parking for management (quarterly)
  • Manage and keep records of the Bank Contract and Agreements
  • Iron Mountain – managed requests from staff for archiving and retrieving of documents with Iron Mountain, maintain records for all archive and retrieval detention documents
  • Staff Access cards – process access cards for new joiners, leavers, issue temp card / weekend card upon request, maintain record of access cards
  • SG Holiday notifications – send and update holiday notification to Hong Kong and Vaduz offices
  • Corporate Credit Card – issue / terminate staff corporate card, handle requests for temporary increase of credit limit, dispute charges and all other related matters
  • Cab Charge Card – issue / terminate cab charge card, compilation of monthly usage report to card holders
  • Millenia Privilege Card – requisition of new card from Millenia for new joiners (Management & RMs > Executive Director)
  • Printing & Stationery – procurement of stationery and pantry items including office supply of fruits, staff name cards and stamps, desk name tags, preparation and clearing of office desks for both new joiners / leaver, regular monitoring of stationery inventories at general area in the office
  • Printing of activity fax report including distribution of all unattended faxes at copiers (11 sets) for all levels (thrice daily)
  • Maintain an update list of staff initials for the bank
  • Updating of Bank SG telephone list
  • Update usage of chill water (Pontiac), extension of air condition, meter charges of leasing equipment (Fuji, Canon & HP Printers)

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant admin experience in the Banking & Finance industry
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task

Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,500 Per Month
