CONTRACT DATA MANAGEMENT

Job Description:

  • Assist with Account Opening and input data into the system
  • Filing and maintenance of clients documents and office documents
  • Assist in the administrative projects e.g. archiving of documents/files to send for offsite storage
  • Assisting on routine matters in day to day tasks
  • Handling of all incoming and outgoing mail, including local and international courier services
  • Any other duties and function as assigned from time to time by Customer Services Associates

Requirements:

  • Experienced administrator with good Word and Excel skills
  • Organized and meticulous with good attention to detail
  • Helpful and flexible approach towards supporting the team
  • Good communicator with relevant experience
  • Candidate up to 2 years working experience is preferred in a similar capacity in a private banking environment

Salary: $5,000 Per Month
