Job Description:

Accounts Payable:

  • Provides consistent, timely and accurate delivery of accounts payable (AP) services through managing and conducting daily operational activities.
  • Ensure all external invoices are processed in accordance to company’s procedure and policy, with supporting documents
  • Check that staff expense claims in compliance with company’s procedure and policy

Admin Supports:

  • Visitor reception
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier document/parcels and document circulation
  • Facilities management
  • Travel arrangement
  • Mobile management
  • Security door access and access card management
  • Manage office supplies, office equipment & pantry supplies
  • Secretarial supports to Captive Head
  • Ad-hoc assignment as and when required

 Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualifications
  • Ability to work effectively and maintain good relationship with team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure and independently
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Salary: $3,500 Per Month
