Our reputable MNC client - Manufacturing Industry looking for Buyer of a unique individual to join to grow their business.

 Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related discipline with at least 2 years of experience
• Working experience related to Purchasing, Supply Chain and / or Logistics is preferred
• Experience in MNC environments
• Knowledge of SAP is advantage
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
• Relationship oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and a team-player as well

Responsibilities

• Assist in full set of purchasing process - sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping & follow up on deliveries
• Review purchase materials, components and equipment via MRP
• Assist in expedite on shortage materials with vendor
• Work closely with supply chain planning and suppliers for delivery of materials / components for production schedule
• Responsible for inventory management review & execute stocking rules
• Work closely with logistics company for shipment arrangement, shipment status & custom declaration
• Manage suppliers of quality, delivery fulfilment & inventory control
• Process of documentation on purchasing activities - vendor code set up, matching & submission of PO / DN / invoice
• Assist in handling of RMA / NCT units to suppliers
• Updating weekly / monthly reports
• Any other assigned duties

Work Schedule/ Location:

• 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
• Located at Genting Lane area
