CALL CENTER OFFICER

Job Description:

  • Assist in daily operations
  • Attend to phone calls
  • Observe and record CCTV and alarm activation
  • Generate reports before end of every shift
  • Data entry
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned 

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Good communications skills
  • Possess initiative and a customer-oriented attitude  
  • Able to commit to 12 hours rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends 

Location: West area
